Light
What fellowship does light have with darkness? This question is still in my mind. Basically, the two can't be together. If there is light, there is no darkness. If there is darkness, there is no light. So how can there be fellowship with light and darkness. Darkness is the absence of light.
So in my head I'm picturing a flashlight. Wherever the beam of light travels, there darkness is dispersed. It's almost like whatever the beam touches turns to light; and whatever is not shined upon is left in darkness. Or like water and oil, although put together, they remain separate. No mixture. Two liquids with different densities, one composed of polar molecules, the other non-polar molecules. Wherever the oil travels, it displaces the water but there is no mingling. It's simply related to the makeup and properties of the two. No argument.
What fellowship does light have with darkness? You just accept it as it is.
